University Orthopedics will supply you with a voucher code. All uniform vouchers are single time use only. If your order quantity is less than your allotted voucher, you will not be able to redeem the remaining quantities. Vouchers are specified to your required uniform colors and styles and can only be used for those items.

All vouchers are designated a set quantity for uniforms that may be purchased. To account for various price points within a department, the provided code may appear to allow you to purchase more. Any uniforms quantities purchased over the approved voucher quantity will not be covered by University Orthopedics and you will be responsible for that payment, which may cost more than the final displayed order total.

All scrub tops and outerwear will be embroidered with the University Orthopedic logo on the left front. All pricing reflects the cost of logo embroidery.

Please note that embroidered items cannot be returned. Should you need to return scrub pants in exchange for a different size, Alexander's will accept the returned item(s) within 30 days of purchase as long as the original tags are attached and the item has not been washed.
